CT Surgical Guides

To properly order a CT Surgical Guide, you will need to initiate your order by filling out an RX form. After the RX has been submitted, you will then need to upload your digital scans to nSequence.  Before you get started, it is important you review the information below to understand our policies and instructions before proceeding with the RX.

CT Guided Scan Protocol

Single/Double Arch Fully Edentulous
Single/Double Arch Terminally Dentate

Clear Duplicate Protocol (for All on X Cases):

For All on X cases, clinicians will have the option to follow the Clear Duplicate Protocol. The Clear Duplicate allows for final impression, try in, verification jig, and bite block records to be taken at the surgery and provisionalization stage. The Clear Duplicates are picked up just like the Long Term Provisional (LTP). They are inserted into the bridge carriers, and picked up through the buccal access holes.

Scan Quality

Please be sure to check all scans prior to submitting your case. nSequence® will also check, but you will avoid unnecessary frustrations if your scan is checked prior to upload.

  • Scan field of view: make sure no part of the desired arch to be treatment planned is cut off, there was no patient movement, and a scan appliance was used (existing dentures with markers, etc.)
  • Scan resolution: Minimum of 0.3voxel is recommended.
  • Scan format: Please send all files in DICOM format.
The surgery date will be scheduled at the Planning Session.  If you want your case faster, you can opt-in for image approval and approve the case at your earliest convenience.
