Course Overview

This course will outline the surgery, immediate temporization and definitive restoration for conventional and guided immediate full arch rehabilitation. It will also compare and contrast the advantages, disadvantages and limitations of both workflows.

Learning Objectives

  • Review the patient records needed for both workflows.
  • Summarize and detail the steps for the fully guided prosthetics workflow in full arch rehabilitation cases from surgery and implant placement through the delivery of the same day provisional prostheses.
  • Understand full arch definitive prosthetic options post-surgery.


Ozzie Richi, MDT

Ozzie Richi has worked in all facets of dental technology and specializes in implants. He has helped with the development of several implant companies’ systems and products available on the market today. Mr. Richi is an nSequence Implant Specialist for National Dentex, and lectures across the country on immediate loading, nSequence Guided Prosthetics® and the latest advances in implant technology.


Ken Braiman, CDT

Ken Braiman founded his first laboratory, Progressive Dental Reconstruction in 1976. He was introduced to implant prostheses by P.I. Branemark and Axel Kirsch when they launched dental implants in the US (1984). He became a Master Technician of Dental Ceramics (1987 w/ Degussa), certified with Cendres metaux in Precision milling and became an LVI Certified Master Technician (2005). In 2016, Mr. Braiman founded Dynamic Dental Solutions, a new digitally oriented laboratory to further his quest in dental technology and create a more holistic approach to treatment planning.
